Suitable for gluing with pneumatic gluegun or mechanical gluing, short positioning time and easy applicaton.How to useCleaning: Clean the surface to be bonded,remove rust, dust, water and oil. Glue: Cut a suitable small hole on the tip of the glue barrel, the inner diameter of the mouth of theglue nozzle should be determined by the glue application width, put it into the glue gun and startthe glue application operation. Primer:It needs to be used with Huitian designated activator and primer. The time for the primerto wait for volatilization and drying is usually 10-30 minutes. The specific time depends on theambient temperature at that time. After the primer is volatilized and dried, the glue is applied. Cure: The temperature and humidity of the environment have a great influence on the surfacedrying and curing of the polyurethane adhesive. If the temperature is too low, the curing will beslower; if the temperature and humidity are too high, the surface drying will be faster. The best operating environment conditions are: temperature 20～30℃, humidity 50～70%RH;please operate with caution beyond the range of temperature 5～35℃ and humidity 35～75%RH. During the sizing and curing process of polyurethane adhesive, avoid contact with chemicalscontaining hydroxyl and amino groups, which will cause the polyurethane adhesive to not cure orcure incompletely. Storage:Unused glue should immediately tighten the cap and seal the nozzle for storage. Whenusing it again, if there is a little crust on the seal, it can be removed without affecting normal use.
