4060F RTV Silicone Sealant for Auto Lamp assembly●Product Features:Ø 4060F (HT-360) RTV condensation type silicone adhesive sealing is a two-component, paste, black (gray) color, RTV silicone rubber.Ø The room temperature fast curing, the release of ethanol molecules, no corrosion to the materials.Ø With the two-component glue machine use, mature supporting scheme.Ø After curing with excellent flexibility, resistance to alternating hot and cold resistant performance, aging resistance and electrical insulation properties, excellent moisture, earthquake resistance, corona resistance, anti leakage performance.Ø This product does not need to use other primer, adhesive most materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic and glass, adhesive PP, PE needs to match a specific primer.●Main Applications:Ø The vehicle lamp shade for air tightness sealing adhesive, waterproof, dustproof sealing instrument, automobile and ship’s windshield waterproof sealing.● How to UseØ Before use, stir component A by hand or machine properly, keep component B sealed in the bucket and shake the bucket adequately.Ø Check whether it’s adhering to Applied Materials theoretically.Ø Mix component A and B with the mix ratio A: B=10:1 by weight.
